Gold hardware and koa knobs.
Amp-Shop this new 2013 Suhr Koa Standard is a study in wood. Besides the curly zebrawood capped koa body, the neck/fingerboard are shedua aka ovangkol, an African/rainforest wood. Sometimes shedua is compared tonally by acoustic builders to koa, rosewood and walnut. Companies like Lowden & Taylor have used shedua for backs and sides.
And you thought the neck was roasted maple... I did.
Anyway, it's a natural beauty alright. The ser# and stamp in back of headstock reads: "The 2013 Collection #8". The run quantity isn't stated, i.e. "#8 of ___", so you can contact Suhr or Amp-Shop for those details.
Specs include all the usual fine Suhr ingredients like locking tuners, JST pickups, SSC noise cancelling, chambered body, 10 -14" radius with medium size stainless steel frets (so, that shedua neck must be stone stable). Also comes with a "2013 Collection Case".
