When we last saw our heroes, they had come up with 35 famous Strat players to celebrate the 55th birthday of the Stratocaster.We responded with, "Why not 55 players? Would that be so difficult? How 'bout 55 for 55!"
An now, a recent post at MusicRadar.com is soliciting more names with "Who Are the Unsung Fender Stratocaster Stars?"
Even with that, the job just isn't getting done. Also, just because the MusicRadar writer(s) can't come up with more than 35, does that make anyone beyond that number "Unsung"?

Actually, that's 28, seven more than necessary to hit the 55, but I just can't drive 55. My list is in random order only. The ladies aren't at the bottom due to any consideration of lesser rank or importance. If anyone could put all of 'em in "proper" order of "importance", the internet might cease to exist.
Apologies to the guy who wanted Frank Marino on the list. I dig FM like apple pie a la mode & pork chops, but he's an SG player period.
