Has anyone else bought into the "Canned Creamed Corn in the Combo Cabinet" method of improving tone?As part of my Spring cleanup here at the Stratoblogster compound (late Spring cleanup), I've decided to pull the cans from my cabs. I just can't tell the difference!
Either TGP or TDPRI had some discussion thread about this. Anyway, when it didn't help the first time, I went back and was told it has to be Del Monte brand creamed corn otherwise it won't work. But after switching to Del Monte, I still can't tell a difference, so I'm done with the creamed corn! It's BS!
It wasn't any different than the pickled pig's feet on the tuners thing or wrapping the pickups in bacon.
So don't do any of those things!
