Too Many Wah Wah Pedals ?

Cry Baby Wah Pedal"There will be wars-- and rumors of wars... Wah Wah Wars!!"

I'm all about ridiculous, so how about the ridiculous number of "different" wah wah pedals on the market right now. Now, everyone is entitled to manufacture one of these things, and that's ok with me. I should also mention that there is more than one producer of fine wah wah material out there. I simply liked this picture best, ok (thanks to zzounds).

But how many ways can you make these things?
It's simply "WAH WAH"...

Here's the line-up from ONE manufacturer:

1) Dunlop GCB95 Original Crybaby Wah Pedal

2) Dunlop DB01 Dimebag Darrell Crybaby From Hell Wah Pedal
3) Dunlop 535Q Crybaby-Series Wah Pedal

4) Dunlop ZW45 Zakk Wylde Signature Crybaby Wah Pedal

5) Dunlop GCB95F Crybaby Classic Fasel Wah Pedal

6) Dunlop Hendrix JH1 Wah Wah Pedal

7) Dunlop 105Q Ultimate Bass Wah Pedal
8) Dunlop Hendrix JH1FW Fuzz Wah Pedal
9) Dunlop Crybaby 95Q Guitar Wah Pedal

Am I overreacting here? There are nearly as many Dunlop wah wah pedal models as Dunlop tires-- by the way, I like their tires. But deciding on a wah wah pedal has become like trying to choose a necktie or a menu item at Planet Hollywood.

I heard that the most popular flavor at Baskin Robbins is VANILLA. Remember that.
